Our two co-founders continue refining our bike rack to ensure it's built to perform. Meet the Team

Our Story

Hill Ready was founded by two brothers innately drawn to the outdoors. One brother, a machine shop engineer, spent years perfecting the art of creating strong, durable solutions. The other, an aerospace engineer, has a keen eye for innovation and efficiency.

With their combined expertise, they saw clunky bike racks, frequent obstacles on their cars, as a fixable problem. They wanted a bike rack that didn’t just haul bikes, but one that would seamlessly fit into customer's lives — something unobstructive and easy to use. What they underestimated was the complexity of the task ahead. As they dove deeper into the project, they realized that bike racks are subjected to extremely high loads. This meant making them compact and functional without sacrificing strength would be a real challenge.

After four years of refining, testing, and experimenting, they believe they finally have it and are in the final stages of producing a seamless, user-friendly bike rack.
